Finding the salon was very easy, walking in I expected it to be bigger. I was seen to straight away. I noticed a lady getting a lash treatment right near the reception desk which I found strange. I thought I was gonna be going downstairs to a private room which normally happens when I've had my lashes done elsewhere. I was directed round the corner behind a curtain where there were more beds. I had my lashes done by layla and she seemed lovely. She didn't ask me how I would like my lashes but got right to it. She didn't clean my lashes and didn't have her hair tied back so kept feeling her hair touch me. The treatment took around 45mins and I was pleased with them initially until getting home and realising one side had gaps in between them. The girls seem lovely but I wouldn't go back for another treatment.

Very friendly staff - some might say too relaxed talking about personal lives etc but I didn't mind. I would've liked an explanation of the precedure at the start but it was explained as we went which was ok. Overall results are great!
