Very friendly staff - some might say too relaxed talking about personal lives etc but I didn't mind. I would've liked an explanation of the precedure at the start but it was explained as we went which was ok. Overall results are great!
Lash Lift
Treatment was well carried out but did take more than double the listed amount of time. Too many eyelashes had fallen out from previous treatment which isn't necessarily their fault, but no indication of how long it would take was given and at the end I realised it had been an hour and 10 minutes instead of 30. The lashes look great.
