Firstly I have the LVL lash lift done by Melissa she was excellent and explained each step as she went along. Incredibly friendly. I then had a Hollywood wax which was great the girl was easy to talk to and made you feel comfortable! Would definitely recommend

The treatment itself was fine. However booking process wasn't and the beautician rushed the treatment as she had other bookings booked at the same time as me.

Good quality and took the time to do nails properly. Only problem was took longer than expected.

Charlie was super friendly, and made a potentially awkward experience a great one. She kept talking me through everything that was going on, and I didn't feel worried at all. Will keep going to Lilly again!
