I love the overall result, I think my gel manicure is beautiful and good value for money: I've been here before so I can be confident it will last - last time it last almost 3 weeks in good conditions. The reasons why I am giving 4 stars are the following: 1) the nail technician kept sipping redbull while doing my nails, she would work a couple of minutes and take a sip, and this really made me feel uncomfortable, it was pretty unprofessional and weird. 2) Also - and this always happens in this salon - you feel like the technicians don't give you full attention, they're constantly raising their eyes to check wether new clients have entered the salon because there is not a fixed employee at reception. This can get a bit stressful and annoying. 3) when I asked her to buff my nails rather than cutting them, she looked at me with a perplexed face, as if I had just asked her something crazy/too time consuming. Finally, 4) the nail polish I chose was running out and it was very old, it didn't have the right texture and she had to get it from the very bottom of the bottle using some additional brushes. I think that using old products is not very professional and my manicure came up less smooth than it should be on one nail.
