Lily's salon was welcoming and professional, the decor is classy and the equipment and seating is of a high quality! It is obvious that this team of nail technicials take great pride in their work and offer the best service possible with a great attitude, and even offered a tea or coffee! The lady who worked on my nails was gentle and attentive, with a close eye to detail and I found the whole experience relaxing and therapeutic! There is also a lovely rapport between staff and customers and this leads to a friendly but not overbearing rapport between customers! I would recommend this salon to everyone! The best nail salon in London!

Great job on my nails but the staff do not make conversation with clients and instead talk to each other in their own native language.
