Fantastic as always. The reason why I have awarded it four stars and not five is because the member of staff that made my nails did not speak very good English which made it really hard to understand her when she asked me questions.

Lilly's was clean, offered drinks, and did a fantastic job! Defiantly my new go to salon in London. It's priced well and the staff are super friendly
Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
The technician who done my Gel nail really fast. It only took about 40 mins for both Gel polish removal and applied the new colour. There’s nothing I could complain about the value and the gel nail quality. Just one thing I found it’s interesting that the Staffs there keep chatting in their own language and the technician who applied my gel nail barely talked to me. It would be good if they could focus more on the customer service and train the staffs to put more attention on the customers experience.

Very nice visit. Nails turned out lovely. Staff were friendly and offered complimentary drinks, although weren't very chatty.
