Overall the experience was nice, staff were polite but didn't go out of their way. Nails look really good and they had a really wide selection of colours to choose from. The only downside for me was that the whole environment felt very clinical, lots of gloves, masks, sterilising and requests for me to wash my hands throughout the procedure which felt a little unnecessary. If you are a germophobe, this is the place to go. However, I prefer an environment that is a little more relaxed and has a bit more going for it in the way of ambience. I can't fault the end product though, the technicians really know what they are doing.
