This was my third visit at this saloon and I brought my friend for a treat. I have always been happy with the result and the service at this saloon and that's why I keep coming back but after this appointment I was really disappointed. The woman who was doing my shellack wasn't careful at all and hurt me with the tools many times, she didn't remove all the colour from my previous shellack as well. Another thing that made me really upset was that they offered everyone around us something to drink but not us. I will go there again but if I get the same kind of treatment again I wouldn't go back...

The staff at Lily's are soooo lovely, and the service is super slick too. Free refreshments and wifi are two highlights rarely offered in other salons as cheap, and the massage chair is divine.
I will only be getting my nails (and toes) done here going forward!

Service was excellence, I arrived a bit late but they did not complain at all. Very careful about details, I would definitely go back again.
