I love Lilly's Nails! They are a hidden gem within Hammersmith.
I had a manicure and pedicure here. I am over the moon with the results and how clean (every tool used was taken out of sealed sterile packs) everything was.
SO many colours to choose from and such great attention to detail paid towards you by the friendly staff.
The salon itself is really clean, spacious and well designed.
Despite getting rather busy, none of the therapists rushed (unlike some therapists who will rush in order to simply get the next job in!) and simply told clients how long they could expect to wait or to come back where they would definitely be seen.
I'd recommend you book in first to guarantee being seen as they can get really busy at times!
Will always go here, especially as they have Loyalty Card deals!
Great service and I always get to take a seat as soon as I walk in with an appointment. Love that! Last treatment felt a little rushed. Unfortunately, the technician made my cuticles bleed on 50% of my fingers...but the manicure lasted much longer than most.

This was my third visit at this saloon and I brought my friend for a treat. I have always been happy with the result and the service at this saloon and that's why I keep coming back but after this appointment I was really disappointed. The woman who was doing my shellack wasn't careful at all and hurt me with the tools many times, she didn't remove all the colour from my previous shellack as well. Another thing that made me really upset was that they offered everyone around us something to drink but not us. I will go there again but if I get the same kind of treatment again I wouldn't go back...
