I had the same technician and I was so upset at his manner. He started off okay, even though he carried on his conversation with the technician seated next to him as if I wasn't there. I wasn't offered tea or coffee. When I asked if my manicure included a hand massage he changed and treated my hands like they were thorns, buffing very aggresively and vigorously and talking about me in his language. I actually wanted to cry I was so hurt. Then he sent me to wash my hands. When I returned to the station another technician was seated there and ready to do my hand massage and (so I found out) finish painting. I was completely offended. The second tech explained the first has a 'fickle' attitude towards customers. I have been subjected to poor attitude from time to time at Lilly's Nails for years. And I will return again and again as they do a fantastic job and really are the best in Hammersmith.
The disappointing element was that the manager was the other technician holding the conversation whenot I first came in.
