The 1st finger she used the cuticle cutter on she took a chunk out of my nail bed (gaping hole now) and apologized multiple times so I said nothing. Then, while that was still bleeding, she cut again into my flesh on the 4th finger. By that time I just wanted to leave but kept my cool and just asked her to please be more careful. The 3rd time she drew blood I regretted not leaving. Got £6 voucher, awful
