Room was bright white with a bed not suitable for a massage. Plastic cover with no face hole. No towels or anything for modesty. Asked if I’d had weight loss injections when they made me undress in front of them, again with no privacy. Answered the phone 4 times during the massage. Used olive oil from a grocery store. So much more to explain but generally awful experience.
