Good as always, even though they used stripe wax whilst I had booked a hot wax, which irritated my skin a little.

excellent,service and product, I have tried many keratin treatment but can say this is the best one I had done ever, I washed my hair twice still straight,shiny and soft. Thanks Shyda :)
