I wasn't initially very happy with the outcome of the pedicure: it wasn't a thorough job, in my opinion, and left with an unsatisfactory feeling.
The manager at Lily's, Sheila, called me right after that first appointment and kindly offered a complimentary pedicure. This time it was much better, Sheila herself did a great job and I am very happy with the result.
Overall recommended for both customer experience and outcome.
