It is the first week of re-opening after Covid so it obviously takes some readjustment & will be busy. However, I booked Bayan because of good reviews & was treated by someone else - this was not explained. I booked an appointment at 9am & waited until 9.30 before it started. I added a trim which took 10-15mins dry & was charged £30 which seemed excessive given that I had already paid for a Brazilian Blow-dry which includes the wash & dry. Having heard great things I was a bit disappointed.

Shila was absolutely lovely and so reassuring, as it was my first time getting a Hollywood wax. It was over before I knew it and hurt a lot less than I thought it would!
