The door was left open while I had my treatment, which felt made me feel uncomfortable. Then she didn't ask me to bend my legs or hold skin during the initial part of the wax, until I really cried out as it was so painful! Think also a combo of I'd left it too long to come in for a wax, but would have been helped if I'd been asked to bend my legs, hold skin taught etc. I have bruising on my knee where the wax strip pulled my skin. Not the best experience but not the usual lady who does the waxing. I won't be back if it's the same person again. Ow!
