It looked like she was in a rush doing the waxing as quick as she could, and I didnt like that because gave me the impression she wanted to finish asap without thinking what she was doing.

Was passed around a lot, took a long time to finish because the woman who dried my hair (who may be the receptionist?!) rough dried it, making the straightening much harder for the next hairdresser.
