Staff nice although initial communication when I got there was confusing. Result of my waxing looks good although I feel she could have been a bit gentler with the soothing cream application.

Gel removal actually cost £10 instead of the £5 listed on treat well.

I went there for my manicure, the beautician guy was really rude to me. I didn’t know what colour I wanted and asked him to help me choose and give me advice about the colour but clearly he didn’t care and was rushing me choosing one colour, my polish already chipped just few days after. He didn’t clean the tools before me, so this is gross. And the staff kept talking in their own language which is rude for the customers. I felt rushed and I will not be back again.
