The place is not kept very well. The staff kept talking to each other, the person doing my nails was on a video chat while working! But she cared enough to give me the right shade of pink that I wanted (French mani) and ensured that I’m happy with what she gave me. So overall I was satisfied. But the place could be a bit cleaner and tidier I feel.
