Incredibly rude staff, chipped nails less than 24 hours after my appointment. Staff demanded to see my receipt of booking and that I’d paid which was incredibly embarrassing in front of the whole salon. The employee even took my phone from my hands and started scrolling through treatwell - really unimpressed- avoid and all costs
