I got a phone call just after I had booked telling me that my appointment for that evening had to be cancelled as the lady was unavailable. They suggested I then get a refund which wasn’t an option available on the app for their salon. After going back and forth they booked me in for the next morning which threw off my plans, but nonetheless I attended at 11:30am and had a lovely lady perform my wax. I’ll go again if she is available. The organisation was poor but treatment was great.
