The overall result of my highlights is amazing. However. I paid a discounted price online only to be told that this did not include a toner and blow-dry. On the day I ended up having to pay an additional £20 to have a toner put in, other wise I would have been walking out of the salon with a lovely combination of orange and yellow highlights against my very dark brown hair and another £10 to have it blow dried. So instead of the bargain price of £36 it actually cost me £66 and my hair isn't even chin length! I was also offered no aftercare advice so I'm not actually sure if I'd need to go back to the salon to have additional toner put in at any point.

The salon is very clean and the staff are nice too. I was happy about the service.
Attentive staff, lovely massage whilst my hair was being washed, conditioning treatment left my hair very soft, very happy with the cut and blow dry quality
