Tried this place for the first time and they seemed nice and friendly compared to others in the area. Felt it was a little rushed but then I'd rather that than someone taking forever to get anything done.

Booked an appointment ahead but I was left sitting for 20 minutes with absolutely no updates about why or how much longer I would be kept. Waxing 'room' is a taped, screened off area at the back of the hair salon. As someone who gets their nails, hair, facials and waxing done frequently i completely understand delays occur but all it takes is an apology and a friendly update about how late the staff member is running behind to defuse the situation. So unimpressed with lack of communication and unprofessional attitude of the staff there.
