Positives: The shellac French manicure I had looked great. Very well done. I appreciated that Chung was very careful with trimming my cuticles
Negatives: I was charged extra for white tips but I would have like to have been warned prior to committing to it. It was not obvious to me whether the sharp equipment had been sterilised. I had to ask which was a little awkward. I’m still none the wiser but I had Chung apply what looked like germicide to the cuticle cutters which made me feel reassured

Very disappointing. They had clearly over booked themselves. Waited 15 minutes for booked appointment. Pedicure and manicure were rushed and they didn’t even file the nails properly. Manicure peeled off in blocks in less than 24 hrs.
