Always have to leave the morning/afternoon free when I go here because appointments never on time. Had to wait 35 minutes for my treatment as they overbook.

Arrived for my booking on time, waited 40 minutes and was told it would be another 20 until I could be seen. Had to leave to make it to my next booking. Awful, slow service
