The manicure was rushed. The specialist was clearly rushing somewhere as she gave uneven attention to my nails - during some operations she would do some nails properly, but then barely touch the remaining nails. Her impatience was also evident from the hand massage at the end which she did in really quick movements like she just wanted it to get this over with. The resulting manicure is patchy on some nails, particularly the right thumb.

Very beautiful salon with comfy chairs and so many colours available. Disappointed that my specialist cut my natural nails very short while taking off my gel extensions- he didn’t ask me what length I wanted them to be kept at, so I’ve lost months of natural growth. He didn’t speak more than a few words to me during the 30 mins and at one point stopped to scroll back for a few minutes through a long text conversation in his phone.
