I was initially happy with my nails and the woman I had was pleasant. My nails are now in a shocking state, with four painful cracks in my nails. I have been several times before and never had this issue so it was obviously the way they were set. When I tried to explain this I was told there was nothing they could do. Do not recommend!!!
