I keep returning to Lily’s due to the attention of the staff and the level of finish in what they do. I have been to many nail bars and this is the best so far by a long shot. I can’t recommend them enough.

The worst experience I ever had. First of all she didn’t wear mask properly, she had it but it covering nose or moth. After the treatment I checked if I paid through the app and said yes and then she ran in the street after me screaming that I didn’t pay! I showed her the receipt of payment but she still dragged me back to the salon and took my phone from me. I have never ever been so embarrassed. All the salon people were looking at me! I asked to leave because I clearly had a proof of payment but she would not let me out or give my phone back. Later she realised she made a mistake and I did pay (even I had a proof of payment). Honestly the worst experience!!
