This venue has shut down but treatwell still have it online. They took my payment and I went to my appointment and there's no nail shop there anymore. Still haven't got my money back. So disappointed

Shocking..cut me and made my finger bleed, she tried to stop the bleeding for more than 10 min lutes pouring a blue liquid with no success but still decided to give her a second chance. Today I booked again and prepaid £32,after minutes she called me and asked me to cancel as she had another booking and to come 3 hours later! I told her I could not and to cancel . So I did and she fully charged me . Will report as fraud . Would be interesting to see what a council H&S inspection would find.
