I just received a very unpleasant message on my phone where the boss accuses me of leaving a bad comment.I did not write this comment, and I did not attend the appointment associated with it. The name attached to the comment and appointment is not mine.
Not only am I worried because it means their computer system is mixing up client numbers, but I also don't like being accused of something I didn't do. They have just lost a good customer. It's a shame because the service was good.
