I was worried on arrival as Nanda and her colleague don't chat- I was just straight in the sink! But during the wash she mentioned my hair needed different conditioner so I knew she was focused - and on discussing the cut she gave me clear and confident advice. When joking with her about covering the bit of my face I don't like I realised she was friendly, professional and understood me and my needs. Confident and focused, she cut, reshaped and restyled my hair in 30 minutes. VERY pleased.
