I wasn't taken to the beauty room I was sat in a hairdressing chair. It was painful, the person who did my eyebrows hands smelt of cigarettes and the wax was heated with a hairdryer. After the treatment hair oil was put on my eyebrows as the skin was inflamed and I've since had a breakout of spots. Avoid.
