The treatments were amazing even with my dark stubborn hair! Not ideal setting though, pillow on wax bed was dirty and smelt of mould. Therapist having chats with collegues during my session.

Overall experience was nice, but not much of an atmosphere. There was also only a curtain that separated the room from other people so it didn’t feel very private. The wax itself was easy and looked good afterwards.
