I was not asked once if the water is too hot or cold. The hair dresser spoke to someone else the entire time and the salon stank of chemicals. Not even the table in front of the mirror was clean. She cut my hair kind of straight without even drawing a parting or asking me how my hair was parted. She didn’t show me what it looked like at the back or anything and just told me she cut it straight and then started drying my hair without giving me a chance to say I want it different. Never again.

The wax itself was very good and thorough, but the wax she used was far too hot and applied it on very sensitive skin, my usual waxes wait a little and are just a lot more gentle. But if you don’t mind that then its fine, did the job great in the end just took a while and hurt more than usual
