The wax here was fine but I had to wait 20 minutes for my appointment. There was a mix up with myself and the person before me as they didn’t ask for my name which is frustrating as I prepaid for the wax. They left me waiting for ages without communicating with me. When I eventually had my wax, the lady was efficient and the wax was thorough.
