The venue and the service was fine but the therapist did not speak to me the whole time I was there and did not check with me how I wanted my Brazilian done. We started waxing bits off me that I wanted to stay on!!
Also at one point she started speaking Portuguese with someone else on the other side of the door. Quite uncomfortable really.
