Thought I would’ve been offered a drink (as their coffee is always nice). However the salon was quite busy (& I got a late notification for Treatwell about the appointment pushed forward by an hour - once I’d already been at the venue for 90 minutes). Nanda still did a great job & I love my new colour/cut.

Waxing was professional. My only issue was that the description of the wax states it’s a Hollywood and on arrival I was told that it’s the bikini line. If I wanted the Hollywood, I’d have to pay the difference. She did take £5 off of the full price.
