Not best waxing.. Had to wait 20 min after the time of my appintment

Not the best experience at all. Firstly, I had my appointment for 3pm and I had to wait 30 minutes. The beautician gave the excuse of not receiving the notification from Treatwell app. She wasn’t careful like other beauticians are. Normally I’m asked if the wax is too hot. She hasn’t asked. Secondly, I got a little bit burnt on the bikini line zone. I guess that is what you kind expect for the money you pay (£21) but still... I had better service for the same price. The only good thing to point out is the quick service.
