I changed my hair colouring to Balayage at the last minute. Linda was so lovely and listened to exactly what I wanted. The staff were all very attentive and served me cups of teas every 10 minutes whilst me and Linda had a natter. I also liked how Linda kept double checking everything and she went above and beyond to give me what I wanted. Finally found someone I can trust. I’m usually very fussy and I haven’t liked my hair for years. I now have lovely hair that looks natural, glossy and healthy... and the blow dry lasted for 2 days!! Thanks again Linda! I’ll be back!

Overall, I had a pleasant experience at hair XS. Linda was absolutely lovely, really pleased with my hair. My hair is pretty long, I'm quite picky with salons as often stylists rush my haircut to keep within the hour time slot. Linda spent over 2 hours on perfecting my hair, a really nice touch. Would 100% return!
