The mud did leave your skin feeling nice, but I found the Spa staff to be disorganised and there were no dressing gowns to wear. There was a lack of staff in the bar area which made even getting a cup of coffee difficult. I wouldn't go there again.
It was a fabulous relaxing day for my friend and I. It was a shame we couldn't stay over at the hotel to extend the treat! The hotel is in a very nice setting, the spa was lovely and the therapists helpful. Would definitely go back.
Stunning venue and great treat to have with a friend as you are in private and able to chat away whilst feeling the benefit of the treatment.
Would defo go back x
The mud serail treatment was more self service than I expected which was probably best but it wasn't explained exactly how it was going to work. I had no idea what was going to happen so a breif explanation woud have been good but the overall experience was good and my skin felt great after.
The pedicure was only a mini one and really just cuticle treatment and a polish. I would have liked a whole foot scrub but for the money it was good.
Treated my friend to a Spa day at the Marriott hotel , The facilities are nice and clean. The Jacuzzi wasbroken and not working on that day. I would strongly recommend to go on a week day as Saturday was extremely busy and the relaxation room was packed at time. The staff was busy and nowhere to be seen . I tough the treatment was slightly misleading, We were expecting a mud bad , being apply mud on and wrapped but instead we had to apply the mud on ourselves and sit in a steam room for 20 mns until showers came on unexpected.
Overall left feeling relax but if I have to come back will be during the week .
