I had a neck, shoulder and back massage in August for my birthday. I also had afternoon tea. I absolutely enjoyed it and I have booked to return!
Our treatments had been booked in on the system for the wrong time. The only reason we went there was for the treatments, which we were unable to get. When we were offered a complimentary treatment the man behind the desk had got the times wrong again. Hotel was fine but the spa experience was awful. Would not recommend and will not be going again.
I took the missus for her birthday. We had a great time at the hotel and spa. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was not really busy and we had the facilities to ourselves most of the time. The room was good with a view on the race course. The toilet kept running water which was slightly annoying, but once the bathroom door was closed it could not be heard. Breakfast was good with a good selection and friendly staff to help. All in all, I'll recommend it highly. It was a really nice short break.
Great spa break, great location and value for money. Nothing spared for a package offer. I'd recommend it and would also return again !
As previous reviews, not enough beds round the pool side.
Only other downside was that we sat on the treatments beds when having our nails done rather than at a table.
Otherwise it was lovely - Lunch was plentiful and delicious.
Would definitely return.
