Linh quite literally saved my eyelashes. I booked in for a Russian lash infill but upon arriving at Linh’s she realised I had been ripped off by my previous lash lady who had in fact been selling me cluster lashes instead of Russian lashes. Although I had only paid for infills, Linh literally took out all my cluster lashes and then put in Russian lashes for me. This took longer than the time I had booked in for, so Linh asked me to come back during her only break of the day to continue doing my lashes as she felt so bad that I was travelling the next day without full lashes ! It was my first time meeting her and she really went above and beyond for me. Will 100% be returning ! Unbelievable levels of customer service have me hooked.
