My appointment was pushed back 30 minutes, 20 minutes before it was due. A slight annoyance but there was nothing to be done about it. I'm glad they let me know and they handled the situation very well indeed.
Ended up with a different stylist but still charged me the same which I was very pleased with.
It was a little messy but I didn't care in the slightest.
Absolutely lovely stylist, had a lovely chat and an amazing haircut. Understood what I was after, very complimentary and done in 45 minutes!
Overall, it was fantastic, left with a smile on my face. (Also there was a really cute dog which helped)
