I love going to this shop. I always feel welcome and they always do a good job at making me feel at ease. I have Maria do my hair and she is amazing. But I know the other stylists there are just as good. Would definitely recommend it to anybody

Blowdry curls didn't stay in longer than 5 mins, was rushed as they were overbooked and one the basins were broken

A great salon. Maria is always willing to spend time discussing ideas with me and colours so that I get a really good finishedresukt that I am happy with. She is always aware of new trends and getting my hair done is always an enjoyable experience.

I decided to visit this hair salon due to the high volume of positive reviews, but my experience was not as I hoped for. First of all, the salon itself didn't meet my expectations, especially for the cost of the services purchased: small, old and poor cleaned. I decided to spend slightly more opting for managing director's services so we had a thorough consultation where i showed pictures of my desired result and she seemed being on the same page. The whole appointment lasted nearly 6 hours and I had only two colouring steps and cut!! the colouring service was completely misunderstood: i had the "balayage", which i also had to pay a supplement for, then my "balayage" was covered by dark colour, which literally counteracted the step before. My hair before the treatment were already lighter from my cheeks to the end, so i couldn't understand why the expert decided to pre-light even more. I have had my hair dyed several times in every sort of salons, even the most expensive ones so i know for sure that the technique applied wasn't the balayage. Also the dark colour was completely wrong: i wanted a soft dark brown colour with few subtle dark plum/aubergine strands to give an effect of lights and contrasts. What i was given instead was a red head...The Innoluxe/Olaplex treatment is only in place to attract people, because they didn't use neither of them, but another unknown brand.. Now, it doesn't matter which brand you use, even though Olaplex is the top in terms of performance, but I would appreciated transparency.
Shampoo was poorly performed and didn't cover the whole head..It seems to be quite common that shampooers forget the bottom head and that with coloured hair you need a very good rub to your head,removing residual of the chemical products that could harm in long term your capillaries. As per the cut, i wanted to bring my hair back to my shoulders, but now they are too short and too layered, which i haven't asked for. Indeed i wanted a lob with a bit of texture only at the ends to make the hair lighter. I got out of the salon without complaining as i was overwhelmed by the long time spent sat down, but i am extremely disappointed, especially because i spent over £200!! this was my experience with the technical aspect of the appointment, but i give that the staff was quite welcoming, which is probably the only good thing of that day.
