The ambience wasn't great but a real effort was made to create a tranquil setting. The treatment was too repetitive with limited techniques. I did feel effort was made to try to be attentive but I felt the treatment was a bit lopsided with only half my body gaining a reasonable treatment.

communication between treatwell company and the therapist failed. she wasn't notified that I had a booking. I ended up going there and waiting 15mins before I found out she wasn't even there. Next time I will contact the lady directly.

I booked the night before and took advantage of the last minute discount. Unfortunately, the therapist didn’t check in the morning and only realised I had booked when I called at my appointment time because she didn’t show up. She therefore postponed my wax until two hours later....
treatment took place in a room upstairs at the back of TruGym in Bromley - you get collected from the entrance of the TruGym. Functional but no extra points for ambience. Wax was acceptable but the Brazilian strip was offcentred. Oh well. Not the most fantastic experience but got it done in the end.

The lady was very attentive however I felt there was a little bit of communication error. I am not a fan of hot waxing with strips in the traditional sense however she did a fab job and was professional and caring.
