Excellent massage and facial. My back and neck had lots of knots that Cleuza worked hard to rid me of. She also did a bit of exfoliation on my back which was a nice extra. The room is pleasant but the access through the gym might be a bit off putting for some. Personally it doesn't bother me as the services are excellent.

Great value considering a 15 minute back massage is included, the massage is a bit more like a rub down of oil than anything else. Facial was pretty good, extractions were done using a blackheads tool I could buy myself would have preferred hand done extractions and afterwards had left over product around my nose and ears. Overall service and space were rough around the edges but the basics are there.

Unfortunately the therapist did not show up, so I had no treatment. It may seem a little unfair to give one star, but for customer care, I would give zero. I was told that this has happened before, as the customer has to wait in an area owned by anoth business to be collected, so the therapist does not know they have arrived. In this case, I think she was not aware of my booking, Made earlier that day.
