It’s been a good 10 years since I’ve had a wax and never had a Hollywood before… Lisa was so welcoming and made me feel totally comfortable despite being a little nervous, I was instantly reassured. The wax was nowhere near as painful as I thought and the results are amazing!

This was my first time in a few months having a Hollywood wax and I’m always nervous about having a new person but Lisa put me right at ease! She explained the wax may not be perfect because it’s been a long time since last having one, ensured I was comfortable and kept a friendly conversation flowing! The flexibility of times available is always a help with my shift patterns, I’ll definitely be back!
