Lisa was very personable and friendly. I’ve taken some stars off as the blow dry wasn’t the best I’ve had - I had to straighten some of the front bits of my hair which is naturally wavy - and although I love the highlights she gave me, there is some slight patchiness up at the roots where the colour wasn’t applied close enough to the scalp.
