I had a negative experience as when I attended my appointment, it transpired that 3 people had been booked for the same time. Staff ignored me when I politely asked for a waiting time update, depite being sat nearby. So I left without the treatment.

I booked here after seeing some great reviews. The technician was 45mins late seeing me and there was no apology/ explanation offered as to why. I was happy with my nails, but I felt like the technician could have talked me through my length/ shape a bit more
