The only bit of feedback would be that the smell of polish is very overwhelming, maybe some ventilation would help.

The atmosphere is not the most welcoming and the place felt a bit unclean. None of the equipment was disinfected before or after me. There was also a language barrier with the technician and he was quite rough - he ended up cutting my skin. I would rather have him slowing the pace if being quick means it’s painful. However, I am happy with the shape and thickness of the nails, they look very natural.
