4 of my nails fell off within a week, the nail artist went too close to the skin and caused me to bleed and the nail varnish I selected had ran out - so literally in front of me he added water to the bottle to loosen up the dried out varnish, this caused the varnish to look awful and starting chipping within 2 days. I went back and complained but the lady rather rudely said sorry she can’t help.

appointment was a little late to start although I had booked weeks in advance and I had another appointment to get to. otherwise, all good. large range of colours to choose from
