Did not ask what shape or length I wanted, just started filling, 4 nails in I had notice he had taken way to much length off. Pre Paid for manicure which he did not do!

Even though I went at the scheduled time, I had to wait for my turn. And the cleanliness was very bad. It hasn't even been a week since I had my gel nails done, but a lot of them have already fallen off. And above all, the nail technician kept making phone calls during my treatment.
